Blocked IP addresses+ In many places where fast recursive mutexes were used, these atomic mutexes have been replaced with a classic implementation of non-recursive atomic mutexes without error checking, based on only a single atomic variable (to reduce mutex overhead).

Question to enable RusRoute+ A prompt to configure and enable the disabled RusRoute firewall is now displayed not only when RRGui starts, but also when clicking the "Apply" button (see screenshot).
PS: Some new users, after installing the program, do not configure it; in this case, a disabled firewall exposes vulnerabilities in the system. An additional prompt about configuring/generating rules and enabling the firewall prompts the user to complete the necessary initial steps. After a new, clean installation, the RusRoute firewall is disabled to avoid blocking traffic until the initial configuration is completed, allowing for installation without physical access to the server console.

- Self-signed driver update: fixed a bug that could cause BSOD when comparing network adapter names, new hash table and allocator classes, removed some old code and optimized experimental code in memory, WDK has been updated.
* Since it is not possible to sign the driver for current platforms and compile it for old platforms, the program driver support is limited to a self-signed build for Windows 10 x64 and later.
+ Extended support for various open DNS servers in the master firewall rule generator wizard. Ability to allow traffic for DoH and DoT services of these servers. But, since the RusRoute firewall does not re-encrypt DoH and DoT protocols, there is no way to control and redirect traffic of these protocols to any one service. This can only be done for open DNS traffic (recommended for HTTP Captive Portal support).
- Removed some unnecessary work with data in the firewall.
