+ Web server is starting cgi applications as fastcgi interface. The ability to start php-cgi.exe - php interpreter (C:\RusRoute\Data\start_php-fcgi.bat , php is downloading from https://windows.php.net/).
+ Web api for changing user balances and so on through localhost:10008:
